On "Pre-order"

1-What does "Pre-order" mean?

In order to get the freshest and best quality products for our customers, certain items will be ordered in weekly from our suppliers in Philippines. "Pre-order"  are taken Saturday to Monday and are delivered next Friday to Sunday. Items which are "Pre-order" will be clearly marked, and the freshest products delivered to you in our next possible delivery.

2-My order includes "In Stock" items and "Available on backorder" items, when can I expect it to be delivered?

If you placed your order before 2pm, you will receive your "In Stock" items the next day, and the "Pre-order" items will be delivered after 4 days to 1 week. You may also request to have all your items delivered at the same time, in which case, your order will be delivered after four days.

3-I would like to order "Pre-order" items, but I need them by tomorrow. Can they be delivered?

Unfortunately, all "Pre-order" items need  4 days to one week to be delivered to you.

6-Is there an order deadline for the "In Stock" products?

Order daily by 2pm and receive your order the next day within Dubai & Sharjah & Ajman. For Abu Dhabi and Al Ain deliveries, place your order by 2pm, and receive it on Monday, Wednesday, or Saturday.

7- How to cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it on our site.

Charges by weight

We will charge customers only by the weight of the actual product for items such fruit, vegetable. We will be in contact with you when there are such items in your order and let you know the exact weights and charges.

Delivery

How long does delivery take for the "In Stock" products?

Order daily by 2pm and receive your order the next day within Dubai & Sharjah & Ajman. Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered within 2 days. For Abu Dhabi & Al Ain deliveries, you will receive your order only on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. For Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah deliveries, you will receive your order only on Sunday.

Is there a minimum order value and delivery charge?

Yes, there is a minimum order value of AED 100. Delivery is charged flat AED20.

Do you deliver to all areas in the cities that you deliver to?

Unfortunately, we currently do not deliver to all areas in the cities that we deliver to. In Abu Dhabi, we do not deliver to Al Rawais, Al Marfa, Tarif, Westin Marina Zayed, Liwa, Al Hamra, and Al Sila. In Fujairah, we do not deliver to Al Qurayyah and Mirbah, and in Sharjah we do not deliver to Kalba and Khor Fakkan.

You can pay cash or direst bank transfer on delivery.
